Position profile:
-Actively communicates with clients by making incoming / outgoing calls and keeping e-mail correspondence;
- Processes customer inquiries and provides information on the company's procedures;
-Prepares documents and reports for clients on approved templates;
-Meets meetings with clients.
Key requirements:
-Very good communication skills, persuasion and negotiation skills, individual approach to the client;
-Very good computer literacy;
-Initiative and dynamic personality, with strong organizational skills and time management skills;
-Economic education, a good level of English and experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
