Junior Budget and reporting analyst
UBB Interlease EAD is a Bulgarian leasing company, Part of KBC Group. Other members of KBC Group in Bulgaria are United Bulgarian Bank, DZI, UBB Factoring, UBB Asset Management and UBB Insurance broker, etc. UBB Interlease finances the acquisition of high-quality equipment, transportation vehicles, cars and office equipment via Financial and Operating Lease.
We are looking for a professional to join our team as Budget and reporting analyst
Responsibilities:
- Participation in preparing monthly reports and analysis on financial results and business performance.
- Participation in preparing quarterly financial reports on financial statements/statistics for Bulgarian National Bank.
- Periodically monitors and reports on key performance indicators of the Company.
- Participates in the financial and business planning process.
- Financial statements: Prepares consolidation packages and submissions under IFRS as well as financial presentations for management purposes. Prepares and reconcile intragroup reports.
- Accounting and reporting on credit facilities and transactions of the Company: Provides financial information on new applications for financing.
- Control: Performs reconciliations between core leasing software and accounting system.
- Audit: Provides necessary information, reports and documentation to external and internal auditors in the audit process.
Academic Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
Foreign Languages:
- Good level of English
Work Experience:
- Good knowledge of accounting rules under IFRS. Previous experience in Reporting required.
Skills / Specialized Know How:
- Knowledge of accounting legislation
- Presentation skills required
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Perfect reporting skills
