RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

 

UBB Interlease EAD is a Bulgarian leasing company, part of the KBC Group family in Bulgaria, including also United Bulgarian Bank, KBC Bank, DZI, UBB Factoring, KBC Factoring, UBB Asset Management, UBB Insurance Broker, etc. that provides the full range of financial and insurance services to domestic and foreign, both individuals and corporates.

 

For more than 25 years UBB Interlease finances the acquisition of high-quality equipment, transportation vehicles, cars and office equipment via Financial and Operating lease.

 

 

THE ROLE:

 

As part of SME Distribution Team within Sales Directorate, the RELATIONSHIP MANAGER will have the great possibility to join our UBB Interlease growing unit. SME Team is the specialist-leasing department to service domestic and international Corporate Clients, which are companies with a revenue between BGN 2 mln and BGN 50 mln on the Bulgarian market. The core product set includes financial and operational leases for Corporate Clients operating in including, but not limited to transportation, manufacturing, agriculture and wholesale sectors.

 

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Manages clients’ relationships and potential strategic partners - advisory and delivery service to the customers and vendors;

• Active acquisition of new customers - win new accounts through development of a deep understanding of the market;

• Works as a project team member on transactions, contributing to all aspects of project structuring and execution, including working with clients, vendors and other parties in processing the lease deals;

• Engaged in the process of contracting of the lease deals and follow-up of the proper delivery and put into operation of the leased assets;

• Builds quality long-term relationships, understands clients’ business problems and identifies opportunities to enhance and grow sales;

• Delivers agreed revenue targets across a range of products and services.

 

 

THE PROFILE OF THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:

 

• Experience in selling financial services;

• Knowledge of the Bulgarian business environment;

• Able to deal with numbers, able to perform a simple financial and business previews;

• Good written and spoken English;

• Strong sales mindset - proactivity in finding new business opportunities;

• Sensible self-organization and prioritization; multitasking abilities;

• Team player.
