Conditions

• Lease financing type: open-end or closed-end financial lease;
• Lessees: Individuals and legal entities;
• Assets to be financed: new and used vehicles* with lease price of up to EUR 50 000, VAT excluded, as well as used vehicles from UBB Interlease’s fleet without limitation on the lease price;
• Minimum initial installment: for new vehicles /up to 1 year from the first registration date/ and lease price of up to EUR 30 000, VAT excluded: 20% of the lease price, payable when signing the lease contract;
• Minimum initial installment for new vehicles /up to 1 year from the first registration date/ and lease price between EUR 30 000, VAT excluded and EUR 50 000, VAT excluded: 25% of the lease price, payable when signing the lease contract;
• Financing period for new vehicles – up to 5 years;
• Currency of the financing –EUR or BGN;
• Lease installments currency – BGN

Necessary documents

1. Lease financing application;
2. A copy of the quote by the supplier of the leased asset, subject matter of the lease transaction;
3. Copy of the ID card of the Lessee /for individuals/ and of the company’s authorized representative /for the legal entities/.
